摘要 高耗能产品的节能减排进程和综合效应受到诸多政策和管理措施及其协同性的影响。基于管理协同的视角,提出了产品节能减排管理体系与协同效应的观点,构建了基于价值流的高耗能产品管理协同效应分析模型。以某一高耗能产品为例,运用所构建的概念和分析模型,计算了管理协同下高耗能产品所实现的协同效应和综合效益。结果表明,该模型对于深入研究和优化高耗能产品的节能减排管理体系建设与节能减排协同效应具有一定的理论参考和实际应用价值。 The energy conservation and emission reduction(ECER) progress and comprehensive effect of an energy intensive product are influenced by many policies and management measures.With perspective of synergistic management,this paper proposes a view point about ECER management system and synergistic effect,and builds a model to analyze synergistic management effect of an energy intensive product based on value flow theory.With a case of an energy intensive product,the model was applied to calculate the synergistic effect and comprehensive effect produced under management coordination.The results show that this mode may have a certain value of theoretical and practical application for further studying the construction of management system and ECER synergistic effect of energy intensive products.
