Management Exploration on Tram Design Project

以淮安市现代有轨电车一期工程为背景,在总结以往设计项目管理经验及教训的基础上,以质量控制、施工进度控制及造价控制为管理核心,基于大数据中数据充分融合的理念,采用构建全方位管理信息平台措施,实现现场信息及时反馈和建设过程动态管理。借此建立设计、施工及造价全周期无缝衔接式互动的设计管理体系,积极推动建设过程的全面开展,保证工程建设提前完成,工程投资得到有效控制,为后续类似工程设计项目管理提供借鉴经验。

With the background of Huai'an tram phase I project,and the basis of former experience& lessons of the design project management,it takes the quality control,construction schedule control & cost control as the core of management.Based on the idea of fully integrating data of big data,it is adopting a comprehensive management information platform measure to achieve timely feedback on-site information and dynamic management of the construction process.A design management system is established with design,construction & cost achieving seamless interaction of the whole cycle.It can actively promote the construction process in full swing to ensure the completion of the project ahead of schedule,and can effectively control the project investment,which may provide references for the follow-up similar project's design & management.
