摘要
以株洲市海绵城市规划为案例,对径流污染的规划设计思路、污染物的选择与控制、径流污染总量削减等进行研究分析。同时建立径流污染的控制模型,基于实际情况,从宏观上通过湿地系统、低影响开发设施系统和雨水末端设施系统3个层次的构建,达到削减非点源污染,保障水环境安全的目的。论证径流污染总量削减的可达性,为指导下一步控规编制提供重要的技术支撑,为在各地开展径流污染控制规划的编制提供新的思路和案例。
Taking the planning of Zhuzhou sponge city as an example,the planning design ideas of runoff pollution,the selection and control of pollutants and the reduction of total runoff pollution are studied in this paper.Meanwhile,the control model of runoff pollution is established.Based on the practical situation,through macroscopic 3-levelconstruction of the wetland system,low impact development facilities & rainwater terminal facilities system,to reduce non-point source pollution,it can achieve the objective of protecting water environment security.Besides,the possibility for the total pollutant reduction is demonstrated,which may offer important technical supports for subsequent regulatory detailed planning,and may provide new ideas and practical case for the planning preparation of runoff pollution control in other cities.
