从基于案例推理技术的理论出发,采用物元的知识表示方法,定义了物元可拓与或网.结合物元表示法,提出一种更为通用的、有效的设计案例表示形式,即案例的四级层次表示方法,并结合刑法定罪量刑系统设计的具体特点,给出刑法定罪量刑系统案例的检索与匹配算法.

This paper,using the casebased reasoning techniques,adopts a methodology of extension information representation.And matter element extension information AND/OR nets is defined.The paper provides a very general and effective method and its organization of designcase representation on basis of this methods of designcase representation.It is the method that designcase is represented by four levels.The paper also provides the retrieval and matching method on the basis of PLCEM (CaseBased Reasoning for Penal Law Sentence Measure System) characteristics.
