摘要
从基于案例推理技术的理论出发,采用物元的知识表示方法,定义了物元可拓与或网.结合物元表示法,提出一种更为通用的、有效的设计案例表示形式,即案例的四级层次表示方法,并结合刑法定罪量刑系统设计的具体特点,给出刑法定罪量刑系统案例的检索与匹配算法.
This paper,using the casebased reasoning techniques,adopts a methodology of extension information representation.And matter element extension information AND/OR nets is defined.The paper provides a very general and effective method and its organization of designcase representation on basis of this methods of designcase representation.It is the method that designcase is represented by four levels.The paper also provides the retrieval and matching method on the basis of PLCEM (CaseBased Reasoning for Penal Law Sentence Measure System) characteristics.
