Intensive reading is the focal point in college English teaching.The paper tries its best to explore how to highlight 'intensive' in teaching intensive reading from three stages, that is,preparing lessons,giving lessons and reviewing lessons,in order to solve the problems that teachers meet with in teaching and to improve English teaching.
