摘要
为水泥熟料流态化速烧工艺进行了一些基础性研究,得出了水泥生料粒径和升温速度对熟枓烧成和质量的影响的定性或定量关系。结果表明,烧成时间与生料颗粒直径的平方呈线性递增关系;快速升温既有利于充分利用生料分解后的反应活性,加快C_3S的形成,又有利于形成微观结构较好的熟料,从而提高熟料矿物的水化活性。要实现速烧、速冷,并提高熟料质量,必须减小生料成型粒径,直至粉末烧成。
With the object to use the fluidized bed technology in the rapid-burning of cement clinker, some fundamental research is made,and some qualitative or quantitative relationship bet ween the effect of raw-mix nodule size and the sintering rate in the burning process and the quality of clinker is found. The smaller the size of raw-mix nodule (d<sub>0</sub>), the more rapid the burning and cooling rate, and the higher the quality of clinker.Burning time is linear increasing function of d<sub>0</sub><sup>2</sup>. It is also obtained that the rapid heating-up is not only favorable to the full use of the reactivity of raw-mix after calcination, and so speeding up the formation of C<sub>3</sub>S; but also advantageous to improve the microstructure of clinker, thereby increasing hydration activity.
