基于JCI标准的门急诊药房高危药品管理模式探讨

Management Mode of High-risk Drugs Based on JCI Standard in Outpatient Dispensary

本文通过建立基于JCI标准的高危药品管理模式,以减少或避免高危药品用药错误的发生,从而保证患者的安全。对高危药品管理在我院的实施进行回顾性总结,采用问卷调查的方式对干预前后高危药品安全管理等进行评分。结果发现,通过建立基于JCI标准的高危药品管理模式,对高危药品安全管理进行干预,门急诊药房在高危药品的目录、药品认知种类、专人管理、用药指导与用药咨询、有效期管理、基数管理、不良事件报告、药师继续教育培训、差错管理等项目的评分与干预前相比有显著性的提高。因此得出结论,基于JCI标准的高危药品管模式适合三级综合医院门急诊药房的高危药品管理,有助于促进高危药品安全管理等的持续进步。

The management measures of high-risk drugs based on the JCI standard were implemented in the outpatient dispensary in order to reduce medication errors of high -risk drugs and ensure patients＇ safety. The scores of questionnaire survey, before and after the implementation, were compared. After the measures been taken, the scores were improved significantly in fields such as developing and completing high -risk drugs management system, recognizing the varieties of high -risk drugs, strengthening personnel management, the guidance on rational drug use, validity management, management of base drug, adverse event reports, enhancing the continuous education for pharmacists and error management. The management mode of high-risk drugs based on JCI standard is suitable for high-risk drugs management in outpatient dispensaries of third -class ＆ first -grade polyclinics. And this management mode can promote the safety management of high-risk drugs.
