晚期结直肠癌患者维持期中药治疗研究

Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment for Patients with Advanced Colorectal Cancer during the Maintenance Period

目的研究中药治疗对于晚期结直肠癌患者维持期的治疗的临床治疗效果及价值。方法方便该研究选择该院收治的56例晚期结直肠癌患者,选取时段为2014年6月—2016年6月期间,所有患者均处于维持期,采用随机数字表进行评价分组,应用中药治疗的28例患者命名为实验组,而应用西药治疗的另28例患者命名为对照组,治疗后将实验及对照组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较和分析。结果经不同的治疗,相比于对照组患者,实验组患者的无疾病进展时间(6.54±1.48)个月明显较长、卡氏评分89.29%、CD4/CD8(1.95±0.70)及NK细胞(16.0±4.00)%均明显较优,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药治疗对于晚期结直肠癌患者维持期的治疗具有理想的效果,不但可将无疾病进展时间延长,同时可对患者生活质量及免疫功能进行改善,在临床上值得应用和推广。

Objective To research the clinical effect and value of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for patients with Advanced Colorectal Cancer during the maintenance period. Methods Convenient selection 56 cases of patients with advanced colorectal cancer admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 28 cases in each, the experimental group adopted the traditional Chinese medicine treatment,while the control group adopted the western medicine treatment, after treatment, the clinical effect was compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the no disease development time in the experimental group was(6.54±1.48), which was longer than that in the control group, and the Karnofsky score, CD4/CD8 and NK cell in the experimental group were respectively 89.29%,(1.95±0.70) and(16.0±4.00)%, which were obviously better than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The ideal of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for patients with Advanced Colorectal Cancer during the maintenance period is ideal, which can not only prolong the no disease development time, but also can improve the quality of life and immune function of patients, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
