微创关节镜手术治疗膝关节半月板损伤的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Minimally Invasive Arthroscopic Surgery in Treatment of Meniscus Injury of Knee Joint

目的探讨微创关节镜手术治疗膝关节半月板损伤的疗效。方法整群选择2014年5月—2016年5月期间该院收治的膝关节半月板损伤患者116例,以随机数字表法将其均分为两组,即研究组与对照组各58例。对照组采取开放性半月板切除手术,研究组采取微创关节镜手术。采用Lysholm膝关节评分标准对比两组患者术前与术后6个月时膝关节功能的变化,并观察两组术后并发症情况。结果研究组术前Lysholm膝关节评分为(44.5±1.5)分、术后为(91.5±10.5)分,对照组术前Lysholm膝关节评分为(44.8±1.3)分、术后为(74.5±10.3)分。两组术后Lysholm膝关节评分均高于术前(P<0.05),且术后研究组Lysholm膝关节评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率1.72%高于对照组13.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创关节镜手术治疗膝关节半月板损伤具有显著的临床疗效,可以有效改善患者的膝关节功能,安全可靠,适于临床推广。

Objective To study the curative effect of minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery in treatment of meniscus injury of knee joint. Methods Group selection 116 cases of patients with meniscus injury of knee joint admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 58 cases in each, the control group adopted the open meniscus resection operation, while the research group adopted the minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery, and the knee function changes in 6 months before and after operation were evaluated by the Lysholm knee function evaluation standards, and the postoperative complications were observed. Results The Lysholm knee joint score before operation and after operation was respectively(44.5 ±1.5)marks and(91.5 ±10.5)marks in the research group and(44.8 ±1.3)marks and(74.5±10.3)marks in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance, and the incidence rate of complications after operation was higher than that in the control group,(1.72% vs 13.79%), and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery in treatment of meniscus injury of knee joint is obvious, which can effectively improve the knee joint function of patients, and it is safe and reliable, which is suitable for clinical promotion.
