不同切除手术(改良型、传统)对腮腺肿瘤的治疗效果对比

Comparison of Treatment Effect of Modified Resection Operation and Traditional Resection Operation for Parotid Tumor

目的探究在腮腺肿瘤治疗的过程中,使用不同切除手术(改良型、传统)的临床效果。方法便利选取该院80例腮腺肿瘤患者进行分组干预(按照随机序号法进行均分),40例腮腺肿瘤患者进行传统治疗,归为对照组,针对另外40例患者采用改良手术治疗,并归为观察组,两组共80例患者均为该院2013年3月—2016年3月间收治的,观察其治疗有效率和并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率95.0%明显较高(对照组为85.0%);比较发现,观察组患者的并发症发生率10.0%较低(对照组为27.5%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论传统手术和改良手术对于腮腺肿瘤患者均能够起到一定的治疗效果,但是改良手术能够将患者的创伤降到更低,减少并发症发生,同时提高患者治疗有效率,因此值得临床借鉴。

Object ive To s tudy the cl inical effect of modified resect ion operat ion and tradi tional resect ion operat ion for parotid tumor. Methods 80 cases of pat ients with parotid tumor admit ted and treated in our hospi tal were conveniently di -vided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group adopted the tradi t ional treatment method, while the observa-tion group were treated with modified treatment method, and both groups were admit ted from March 2013 to March 2016, and the treatment effective rate and incidence rate of complicat ions were observed. Results The treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group （95.0% vs 85.0%）, and the incidence rate of com-plicat ions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （10.0% vs 27.5%）, and the difference between groups had stat ist ical signi ficance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Both the tradi t ional operat ion and modified operat ion can have a cer tain treatment effect for pat ients with parotid tumor, but the modified operat ion can decrease the incidence rate of wound lower, reduce the occur rence of complicat ions and increase the treatment effective rate of pat ients, therefore, it is worth cl in-ical reference.
