药物联合腹腔镜治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Drug Combined with Laparoscopy in Treatment of Ovarian Endometrial Cyst

目的探讨药物联合腹腔镜治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床效果。方法方便选取2014年12月—2016年12月该院收治的卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿80例,随机分成两组,每组40例,观察组采用药物联合腹腔镜治疗,对照组采用单纯性腹腔镜治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗情况。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率85.00%,对照组70.00%,观察组在出血量和住院时间上都远远少于对照组,且观察组患者在主观症状评分上也明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者进行药物联合腹腔镜治疗之后,患者的临床症状得到了有效改善,治疗有效率提升,手术后出血量相对较少,住院时间短,主观症状评分较低,治疗效果显著,值得临床应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of drug combined with laparoscopy in treatment of ovarian endometrial cyst. Methods 80 cases of patients with ovarian endometrial cyst admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the observation group adopted the drug combined with laparoscopy, while the control group adopted the simple laparoscopy treatment, and the clinical treatment of the two groups was observed. Results The treatment effective rate in the observation group and in the control group was 85.00% and 70.00%, and the bleeding amount and length of stay in the observation group were much less than those in the control group, and the subjective symptom score in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion The drug combined with laparoscopy in treatment of patients with ovarian endometrial cyst can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the effective rate with relatively less bleeding amount after operation, short length of stay, lower subjective symptom score and obvious treatment effect, which is worth clinical application.
