盐酸左氧氟沙星所导致不良反应的类型、临床表现及应对措施 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨盐酸左氧氟沙星所导致不良反应的类型、临床表现及应对措施。方法方便选取山东东营市利津县中心医院2014年5月—2016年5月收治的静脉应用盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液抗感染治疗的患者2 272例,依据应对时间将这些患者分为干预前(2014年5月—2015年5月,n=1 136)和干预后(2015年5月—2016年5月,n=1 136)两组,对两组患者的不良反应类型、不良反应发生时间分布情况、不良反应累及器官/系统及临床表现、不同类型不良反应的转归情况。结果干预前12例患者发生不良反应,不良反应发生率为1.06%;干预后7例患者发生不良反应,不良反应发生率为0.62%。干预后患者的不良反应发生率显著低于干预前(P<0.05);累及皮肤及其附件、全身性损害、中枢神经系统、呼吸系统、消化系统的不良反应分别占总数的27.60%、24.10%、17.20%、17.20%、13.80%;一般、新一般、新严重不良反应患者治疗的总有效率均显著高于严重不良反应患者(P<0.05)。结论采取有效的应对措施能够降低盐酸左氧氟沙星所导致不良反应发生率。 Objective To discuss the adverse reactions type caused by Levofloxacin Hydrochloride, clinical manifestations and countermeasures. Methods Convenient selection 2 272 cases of patients with levofloxacin hydrochloride anti-infection treatment in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 1 136 cases in each according to the time, the time before intervention was from May 2014 to May 2015, and the time after intervention was from May 2015 to May 2016, and the adverse reaction type, distribution of adverse reaction occurrence time, adverse reaction involved organ/system, clinical manifestations and conversion of different adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were 12 cases with adverse reactions and the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 1.06%, after intervention, there were 7 cases with adverse reactions and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was0.62%, and after intervention the incidence rate of adverse reactions of patients was obviously lower than that before intervention, P〈0.05, and the skin and its appendages, systemic lesions, central nervous system, respiration system and digestive system adverse reactions respectively accounted for 27.60%,24.10%,17.20%,17.20%,13.80% in total, and the total treatment effective rate of general, new general and new severe adverse reaction patients was obviously higher than those of patients with severe adverse reaction patients(P〈0.05). Conclusion The effective measures can reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions caused by levofloxacin hydrochloride.
