小儿MRI检查中行护理干预效果观察与价值评价 被引量:1

Effect Observation and Value Evaluation of Nursing Intervention in the MRI Examination in Children

摘要 目的探讨在小儿MRI检查中行护理干预的应用效果,并评价其应用价值。方法整群选取该院2013年6月—2016年6月进行MRI检查的1 948例患儿按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各974例,对照组行常规护理,观察组给予护理干预措施。MRI检查完成后比较2组扫描完成率、图像质量、依从性、不良心理反应发生率。结果观察组的扫描完成率、图片质量满意度分别为96.1%、94.1%,明显高于对照组的85.3%、82.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的检查依从性为89.3%,明显高于对照组的66.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿不良心理反应发生率为32.1%,明显低于对照组的68.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿MRI检查中行护理干预,可提高扫描完成率及图片质量、检查依从性,减少不良心理反应发生率。 Objective To observe the application effect of nursing intervention in the MRI examination in children and evaluate the application value. Methods Group selection 1 948 cases of children with MRI examination in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 974 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing, while the observation group adopted the nursing intervention measures, after the MRI examination, the scanning completion rate, imaging quality, compliance and incidence rate of adverse mental reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The scan completion rate, imaging quality satisfactory degree in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group(96.1%,94.1% vs 85.3%,82.8%), and the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05), and the examination compliance rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(89.3% vs 66.6%), and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05), and the incidence rate of adverse mental reactions in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group(32.1% vs 68.1%),and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention in the MRI examination in children can improve the scan completion rate, image quality and examination compliance and reduce the incidence rate of adverse mental reactions.
