中药配方颗粒剂治疗顽固性分泌性中耳炎的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Granule in Treatment of Refractory Secretory Otitis Media

目的探讨顽固性分泌性中耳炎的中药配方颗粒剂疗效。方法随机选取该院2016年1—8月门诊病例60例经静脉注射抗生素+地塞米松、鼓膜穿刺+中耳腔注射药物(地塞米松针和糜蛋白酶混合液1 m L)以及鼓膜反复置管,病程2~8周经治疗无效及频繁发作2次以上的患者,口服中药配方颗粒剂,观察其治疗效果。结果中药配方颗粒剂辨证论治治疗急慢性分泌性中耳炎总有效率达93.3%。结论通过对中药配方颗粒剂辨证论治治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效观察,对急慢性分泌性中耳炎采用中药配方颗粒剂治疗具有重大临床意义,开创现代中医药治疗先河。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of traditional chinese medicine granule in treatment of refractory secretory otitis media. Methods 60 cases of outpatients in our department from January to August 2016 were randomly selected,and 2 to 8 weeks treatment of intravenous injection of antibacterial and dexamethasone, auripuncture and middle ear space injection of repeated replacement tympanic membrane for them was ineffective but with frequent attack, and then the patients took Chinese medicinal granules orally, and the treatment effect was observed. Results The total effective rate of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine granule in treatment of refractory secretory otitis media reached 93.3%. Conclusion The syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine granule in treatment of refractory secretory otitis media is of great clinical significance, innovating the modern treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
