Maintain the Cyberspace Sovereignty of China Safeguard National Security

2017年3月1日,外交部和国家互联网信息办公室共同发布《网络空间国际合作战略》,又一次明确网络空间主权原则。论文文分析了我国网络空间主权面临的国际挑战,总结我国在维护网络空间主权的一些做法,并提出维护我国网络空间主权的对策建议。论文认为维护我国的网络空间主权,需要建立网络安全保障体系,提升网络空间防护能力;加强信息技术自主研发,摆脱核心技术受制于人;积极推动网络主权理念成为国际共识,推动互联网共同治理。

In March 1st 2017, Chinese National Internet Information Office and Ministry of Foreign Affairs common published the 'International Strategy of Cooperation on Cyberspace', which clearly proposed the principle of cyberspace sovereignty again.The paper analyzes the international challenge of Chinese cyberspace, summarize the Chinese action in maintaining the cyberspace sovereignty, and propose some suggestions in maintaining Chinese cyberspace sovereignty. First, China should establish cyberspace security system and enhance cyberspace protection capabilities. Second, China should strengthen the independent R &D capabilityand get rid of the core technology controlled by other countries. Third,actively promote the concept of cyberspace sovereignty to become an international consensusand promote the common management of the cyberspace.
