农机训的重点是农机与农艺相结合

农机培训的对象主要是农民机手，其目的是提高农机操作人员应用农业机械的综合技能，提高其技术素质，使农民机手能正确地、熟练地使用农业机械进行农业生产，发挥农机机械在抢农时、抗灾害的能力，发挥劳动生产率的作用，促进农业增产、增收。与此同时，还应该特别注意把农业科学技术融于其中，使农机更好地服务与先进的农业科学技术要求，达到农业丰产丰收，这是对农民技术培训的出发点和最终目的。
