摘要
以我国军工电子企业为研究对象,通过安徽四创电子股份有限公司的实证研究,分析并归纳了我国军工电子企业事业部运营管控体系存在的问题,在此基础上,提出了军工企业在进行事业部制管控体系分权改革时应采取的具体改进策略及保障措施。
In this paper, taking military electronic enterprises in China as the research object, and through the empirical study of Anhui Sun Create Electronics Co. , Ltd. , the problems existing in the operation management and control system of Chinese military electronic enterprises based on divisional system are analyzed. On this basis, some improvement and safeguard measures are put forward for the military enterprises in the reform of the divisional control system.
