美国景观可持续场地评估体系的探究与启示

Research and Inspiration of American SITES Rating System

美国景观可持续场地评估体系对美国景观的可持续发展实践与研究具有重要的推动作用。文章首先对美国景观可持续场地评估体系第二版本(SITES v2)的内容进行分析,探讨其指导原则、主要评分内容与评分等级;然后指出SITES v2在场地可持续性管理、动物多样性以及场地经济可行性方面评估内容的不足;最后结合我国现有的与可持续场地评估相关的内容和前述美国景观可持续场地评估体系的可取之处,提出未来国内评估体系的侧重点,以期为本土化的评估体系的建立提供参考依据。

The Sustainable Sites Initiative（SITES） rating system plays an important role in the practice and research of sustainable development of American landscape. This paper discusses the guidelines, main rating content and levels of SITES v2 rating system, and explores the insufficiency of SITES v2 rating system in regard to the sustainability of sites management, economic feasibility of sites and di- versity of animal. Finally, in view of the domestic relevant assessment rules and technical guidance as well as the advantages in the SITES, the key points of the assessment system in our country are point- ed out, so as to provide a reference for the localization of the assessment system.
