旧城更新中建筑风貌的延续与重构——以合肥市“中隐于市”街区改造案例为例

Continuation and reconstruction of Architectural Style in Urban Renewal:A Case Study of the Reconstruction of "Hiding in the City" District in Hefei

从建筑学角度论述了旧城更新中的建筑风貌相关问题,探究对原有建筑风貌有所取舍地进行延续与重构的意义。通过案例分析,归纳了旧城更新中建筑风貌延续与重构的方法并针对旧城更新现状提出了融合多元风貌因子、注重呼应城市意识、引入创意文化产业三个方面的更新策略,以期对未来的相关实践研究及解决旧城更新中的相关问题起到参考作用。

This paper expounds the architectural style in the urban renewal from the architectural perspective, and explores the significance of selectively continuing and reconstructing the original architectural style. Through a case study of Hefei City, the paper summarizes the methods of reconstruc- tion and continuation of the architectural style in the urban renewal and puts forward three renewal strategies in view of the current situation of the urban renewal including integrating the diverse styles, responding to city consciousness and introducing the creative cultural industry. The study can provide a reference for making further research and solving the problems concerning urban renewal.
