Some brief analysis on co-teaching under background of inclusive education

摘要 全纳教育是一种新兴的教育思潮,其核心理念在于要让每个学生都能得到最好的教育。随着这种思潮的推广和深入,鉴于教师个体力量的有限性,传统的单独授课的教学方式已无法满足学校教育的特殊需要,需要教师之间形成通力、加强合作,在减轻教师个人负担的同时最大限度地满足学生的需要。合作教学不仅可以更大限度地满足学生学习的需要,还有利于教师个人的长远发展。 Inclusive education is a new kind of education thought and its core idea is to let every child get the best education as far as they can.It is a great challenge to the traditional single teaching way as the thought goes further and further. Because individual teacher has very limited capacity while students' learning needs are quite different from one to one. In this way, teachers need to bound together and strengthen cooperation to lighten teachers' burden as well meet the needs of students maximally. In this paper, the author discusses about three aspects about co-teaching: the concept, the elements and its positive effect on teachers. The aim is to make people know more about co-teaching and put it into practice appropriately.
