摘要
台湾中小学教师的薪资结构与大陆相比较,有许多不同之处。其中最大的不同在于台湾中小学教师薪资结构中项目设置的不同,薪资是激励教师最直接的手段之一,其结构设置的不同可以反映出一个地区当局对教育发展的要求和他们对教师这一职业的认可度。通过与中国台湾薪资结构对比,大陆可以吸取其设置合理之处,完善教师工资结构,提高大陆教师行业竞争力和吸引力,同时对大陆正在进行的中小学教师工资改革而言,也将具有一定的参考价值。
There are so many different aspects when comparing the system of teacher's wage between china continent and Taiwan. The obvious distinctions are allowances in wage including academic allowance, outstanding allowance and year-end bonus that exist in entry of wage in Taiwan but none in china.As we've known, the direct mean to inspire teacher to work well is wage they will get in the end of month.According to these distinctions in wage, we can get a conclusion that officials in Taiwan put more attention on teachers' professional development., because different setting principles reflect official's different expectation and profession identity on teachers' development and their profession We should analysis the their core conceptions and setting principle which are reasonable and meaningful, then absorb it with practice in china., that will improve the industrial competition and attraction of teacher professional.It will also have reference value during the process of reform of the wage system.
