“新常态”下高分子材料与工程专业改革探索——以北京石油化工学院为例

Reformal exploration on polymer materials sciences and engineering specialty under new normalcy of China economical development——Based on Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology

我国正处于经济发展的"新常态",正从资源驱动、劳动力驱动发展向创新驱动发展,人才培养方法和模式也要做相应调整和转型。北京石油化工学院高分子材料与工程专业有30余年的历史,虽然有一些发展,但也存在一些问题。学校转变高分子材料专业方向,从过去注重高分子材料制备和成型加工转向功能高分子材料方向;走内涵发展道路,着重于形状记忆高分子材料、生物医用高分子材料、3D打印高分子材料、新能源用高分子材料等;调整培养方案,优化课程体系,搭建各种平台,促进本校高分子材料专业特色发展,培养具有高水平创新能力的人才,满足社会需求;实行大学生全程导师制,全面育人、全程育人。

This paper analyzed the status of polymer materials and engineering specialty of Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology.This paper put forwarded the new specialty direction of ＂functional polymer materials＂ adhere to the ＂new normalcy of china economical development＂ and the highlights and strategy of Beijing government.The inherences of the Functional polymer materials direction focused on shape-memory polymer materials, biological and medical polymer materials, environmental protection and new energy polymer materials and functional polymer composites for electronic and aeronautic products.The courses system, practicing system and graduating thesis system of polymer materials and engineering specialty have been reformed and optimized creatively, which will increase the education quality and employment rate of the polymer materials and engineering specialty students.
