摘要
培养高层次设计创新人才是国家发展文化创意和设计服务产业的关键环节,是现代设计教育的一个重要议题。基于国内设计学学科定位和设计创新人才培养影响因素的分析,一个面向"艺术素养、设计技能和商业意识三位一体"的、具有"实践项目驱动"和"设计研究为核心"双重特征的人才培养模式得以初步建构,工业设计专业教学实践表明该模式有助于现代设计创新人才培养。
Innovative design talent cultivation is a key part for the development of cultural and creative industries in China, and also an important issue of modern design education.Based on the analysis of design discipline＇ s academic orientation and constrain factors of innovative design talent cultivation, a talent cultivation mode is constructed with the project practice serving as driving force and design research as the core, and in which artistic literacy, design skills and business awareness are integrated into a trinity.The course teaching practice of product interface design shows that this mode can contribute to the modem innova- tive design talent cultivation.
