摘要 介绍了FC300灰铸铁厚大平板铸件的结构特点、技术要求以及铁液熔炼工艺和铸造工艺:(1)该系列的铸件型号有20多种,结构形状基本为长方体,要求铸件本体硬度>180 HBS,石墨以A型为主;(2)采用泡塑模具,铸件放在下箱,T型槽使用面向下,浇注系统为侧注开放式;(3)为强化铸件凝固时的冷却条件,确保T型槽使用面组织更为致密,在铸件底部摆放一层冷铁;(4)合箱后在浇注前3~4 h开启热风机烘烤预热铸型,热风机温度调整在150~200℃;(5)控制铸件各元素及有害杂质含量,并通过配加各种合金,调整w(C)、w(Mn)、w(Cr)、w(Cu)、w(S)量,起到提高铸件各项性能的作用;(6)采用高温静置、低温浇注的方法,减少夹杂物缺陷。 An introduction was given to the configuration characteristics,technical requirements,as well as iron melting process and casting method of a FC300 gray iron heavy section plate: (1)There were more than 20 kinds of this series castings, the configuration of castings was basically long cuboid, it was required the hardness of casting body〉180 HBS, and the graphite morphology was mainly of A-type.(2)Foam plastic pattern was used;the casting was set in the bottom half-mold and its working surface with T-shaped grooves downwards. (3)In order to intensify the cooling condition of the solidifying casting to ensure the structure of working surface with T-shaped grooves more dense, a layer of chills was set on the bottom of casting. (4)After mold had been closed and during 3-4 h before pouring,a hot-blast stove was turn-on to preheat the mold with wind temperature in the range of 150-200 ℃.(5)The contents of every elements and harmful impurities were controlled, and by adding various alloys, the contents of C, Mn, Cr, Cu, S was adjusted, and thereby to elevate various properties items. (6) High temperature holding and low temperature pouring process was adopted to reduce inclusions defects.
