摘要 分析了美国应达公司的8 t中频感应电炉发生中频炉频率高而引发运行安全报警以及漏炉报警的主要原因。介绍了中频电炉的工作原理,为解决出铁嘴侧的炉衬较容易被侵蚀变薄的问题,将坩埚与炉嘴的距离由原来10 mm调整为30 mm,从而增大出铁嘴侧的炉衬厚度,减薄另一侧的炉衬厚度。结果显示:经多炉次熔化后,改进后的炉衬前后2个侧面的厚度差别不大,炉衬使用炉次也由原来的100炉次左右提高到200炉次,最高达到238炉次的历史最高记录,节约了生产成本。 The main reason of INDA 8 t medium frequency induction furnace showing high frequency and triggering safety alarming as well as leakage alarming was analyzed. The working principle of the medium frequency induction furnace was introduced. In order to solve the problem that the furnace lining in the tapping spout side was easier to be eroded and become thinner,the distance between the crucible and spout was adjusted from original 10 mm to 30 mm,thereby increased the thickness of the spout side lining and reduced the thickness of another side lining. The result of improvement showed that, the difference between the lining thickness of both side after multiple times melting was very little, and the working life of the furnace lining was also increased from original ca. 100 melts to 200 meltsg,and even reached 238 melts that was the highest record in the history.
