6DL缸体凸轮轴孔制芯方案的研究 被引量:10

摘要 对6DL缸体存在的砂芯砂眼、压力试验泄漏,以及凸轮轴回油孔毛刺残留等质量问题进行了分析。原生产工艺中,凸轮轴孔芯和回油孔芯分别制作,然后用胶人工粘接、用修补泥修补,工序繁琐,工作量大,修补泥易脱落导致废品。为此,试验了不同的凸轮轴孔回油孔砂芯制芯方案,结果发现:采用在凸轮轴孔芯盒中预先放置覆膜砂回油孔砂芯,然后采用石英砂配制的芯砂射制凸轮轴孔主体砂芯,可以避免断芯、芯砂烧结和砂眼缺陷,免除人工胶接砂芯操作,提高尺寸精度,但对制芯生产率略有影响。 The issues of sand core blowhole,burr on camshaft oil-return hole and leakage under pressure on 6DL cylinder block were analyzed. In original production process,the camshaft hole and oil-return hole core were produced separately. And then artificial bond, repair with mud. This process was cumbersome and heavy work loaded. The patch was easy to fall off the mud. Therefore,multiple camshaft oil-return hole sand core plans were designed. The results shows that,core braking,sand sintering and trachoma defect could be prevented by placing coated sand oil-return sand core and making camshaft hole sand core body by shooting quartz sand. That eliminated artificial glued sand core operations and improved dimensional accuracy but made little impact on the core productivity.
