基于零间隙定位的精密薄壁胀心定位机构的研发

摘要 针对现有胀心定位机构所存在的结构复杂、体积过大、精度不稳定等问题,研发了一款基于零间隙定位的精密薄壁胀心定位机构,并介绍了机构的结构和原理。这一机构既能提高效率,又能保证产品精度,已获得国家专利。 Aiming at the problems such as complicated structure, large volume, and unstable precision, a precise positioning mechanism with thin-wall expansion core was developed based on zero clearance positioning. The structure and principle of this mechanism were introduced. This mechanism featuring improved efficiency and guaranteed product accuracy has obtained national patent.
