摘要
针对薄壁结构件加工过程中易变形的问题,设计了一套基于负压吸附的多点柔性气动夹具。介绍了夹具控制系统的工作原理和硬件结构,包括控制箱、控制板电路、气压检测器模块等。这一控制系统实际应用稳定可靠,满足多点柔性夹具的控制功能要求。
Aimed at the problem of easy deformation during processing of thin-wall structural parts, a multi-point flexible air jig based on negative pressure adsorption was designed. The working principle and hardware structure of the jig control system were introduced, including the control box, control board circuit and the air pressure detector module etc. The practical application of the control system is stable and reliable, and can meet the control functions of multi-point flexible jig.
