基于正交试验的硫化机热板温度场优化设计 被引量:4

摘要 针对平板硫化机工作时热板表面温差分布不均匀的问题,对电加热热板的温度分布均匀性进行了研究。应用ANSYS有限元软件建立了热板三维模型,采用正交试验法对热管排布间距和热传导温度场进行了分析及优化设计。结果显示,经优化后的热板表面温差为3.943℃,大大提高了产品硫化的效率和质量。最后通过试验验证了优化模拟的可靠性。 Aiming at the problem of uneven temperature distribution on the surface of the hot plate upon working of the plate vulcanizing machine, the uniformity of the temperature distribution of the electrical heating hot plate was studied. A 3D model of hot plate was established by using ANSYS finite element software. The space between heat pipes and thermal field for thermal conduction were analyzed and optimized by orthogonal test. The results show that the surface temperature difference of the hot plate is 3.943℃, so that the efficiency and quality of vulcanization are improved greatly. Finally, the reliability of the optimized simulation was verified by experiments.
