金刚藤胶囊联合复方沙棘籽油栓治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床研究

Clinical study on Jingangteng Capsules combined with Compound Shajizi Oil Suppository in treatment of chronic cervicitis

目的探讨金刚藤胶囊联合复方沙棘籽油栓治疗宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法选取2015年8月—2016年8月在漯河市第二人民医院接受治疗的宫颈炎患者94例,按照治疗方法的差别分成对照组(47例)和治疗组(47例)。对照组患者睡前于阴道内放置复方沙棘籽油栓,1枚/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服金刚藤胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d。两组患者均治疗8周。评价两组患者临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后阴道出血时间、创面愈合时间以及血清炎性因子水平变化。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为74.47%、91.49%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者阴道出血时间、创面愈合时间均显著短于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、IL-10均显著升高,肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)显著降低,同组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组上述血清炎性因子水平优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金刚藤胶囊联合复方沙棘籽油栓治疗宫颈炎效果显著,可明显改善患者临床症状和炎症反应,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jingangteng Capsules combined with Compound Shajizi Oil Suppository in treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods Patients （94 cases） with chronic cervicitis in Luohe Second People＇s Hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were divided into control （47 cases） and treatment （47 cases） groups based on different treatment. Patients in the control group were given vaginal Compound Shajizi Oil Suppository at bedtime, 1 suppository/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jingangteng Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the time of vaginal bleeding and wound healing, and inflammatory factors in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 74.47% and 91.49%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the time of vaginal bleeding and wound healing in the treatment was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and there was difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, IL-4 and IL-10 in two groups were significantly increased, but TNF-α was significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group （P 〈 0.05）. And these serum inflammatory factors levels in the treatment were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）.ConclusionJingangteng Capsules combined with Compound Shajizi Oil Suppository has a obvious clinical effect in treatment of chronic cervicitis, and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and inflammatory reaction, which has a certain clinical application value.
