摘要
核电整体封头结构特殊,下部有一裙座,上部直壁段较长,制造工艺难度大。针对核电整体封头的结构特点,决定采用拉深成形方法。运用DEFORM-2D软件对核电整体封头的成形过程进行分析,对板坯进行优化设计,通过分析成形温度、过渡圆角等工艺参数对锻件成形的影响,以及封头在成形过程中的减薄现象,最终制定出合理的成形方案。
The integral head for pressure vessels has a special structure: a skirt on the lower section and a long straight wall on the upper section. In consideration of this structure′ difficulties on fabrication, it is decided the integral head is formed by the means of deep drawing. DEFORM-2D software is used to analyze the forming process of the integral head and optimize the design of slabs. Final proper forming solution is established based on the effect of forming temperature, transition fillet and other process data on the forming of forgings as well as the wall thickness reduction of integral heads during forming process.
