通过对AP1000堆内构件设计要求、结构组成的梳理,对重要原材料、设备主要制造工序的工期统计,结合当前设备制造经验对堆内构件的主要制造流程、关键路径进行分析,对AP1000堆内构件的关键制造工艺和制造难点,以及进度的控制管理提出工作建议。

The paper puts forward the key techniques and points of AP1000 RVIs（reactor vessel internals） fabrication and the suggestion about the progress management on the basis of study on the design requirement and structure, and statistics of the fabrication period of critical raw materials and equipment, and the analysis on the main fabrication flow and critical fabrication steps of AP1000 PVIs based on the experience gained from current equipment fabrication.
