摘要
我国现行的法规要求,电梯年检、新装电梯验收都要进行超载保护装置检验,而现行检验方法存在效率低和成本高的问题。在分析电梯超载保护装置结构的基础上,提出一种无载荷的电梯超载保护装置检验方法,利用液压或电机模拟产生轿厢载荷,触发电梯超载保护装置动作,验证超载保护装置的有效性。该方法适用于绝大多数的曳引式电梯,测量过程无需载荷,简单便捷。
Every installed traction elevator should be tested whether the elevator protection device is proper functioning. The existing elevator overload protection device testing methods have problems with low efficiency and high cost. Based on the analysis of the overload protection devices' structures, we put forward a new no-load method to test the elevator overload protection device. We simulate the load in car by using the hydraulic system or motor system to test the overload protection device. This method can test most of elevators without loading. At present, we have got the project approval and the measurement is being designed and developed.
