摘要
基于LED关键制作工艺中点胶工序的产品一致性问题,提出一种LED模块荧光粉胶在线修补方案,通过点胶、测量和补胶的工艺方案,解决了初次点胶偏离目标色坐标较远的问题。基于色度学理论建模,建立LED芯片和荧光粉峰值功率与点胶量V_1的方程组,并通过该方程组计算目标色坐标点的点胶量2,从而得到修补胶量V_2。实验结果表明,本文提出的方案能有效提升LED模组的光色一致性,改进产品质量。
White LED as a new type of lighting has been widely used in all walks of life, but its key production process in the dispensing process of product consistency is a key issue to limit the LED production capacity. In this paper, a kind of LED module phosphor patch online patch program, through the dispensing, measurement, filling the process program to solve the initial dispensing deviation from the target color coordinates of the problem. Based on the theory of chromaticity modeling, the correspondence between the peak power of LED chip and phosphor and the dispensing volume V_1 is established. And the dispensing amount V_2 of the target color coordinate point is calculated based on the correspondence relationship. The experimental results show that the proposed scheme can effectively improve the color consistency of LED module and improve the product quality.
