摘要
某铜矿针对资源枯竭,有用矿物品位下降,尤其是难选矿体出矿量比例增加,硫化铜含量降低,氧化铜含量增加等情况,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,结合现场工艺。采用了优先浮选工艺,最终获得的硫化铜品位为21.19%、回收率为45.62%,氧化铜品位为21.20%、回收率为20.81%,提高了铜矿物的回收率,减少了选铜尾矿的排放,对铜矿的技术开发和生态环境的保护具有重要意义。
Aiming at resource depletion,useful mineral quality decrease,especially refractory ore extracted ratio increases,copper sulfide content reduce,copper oxide content increase,based on process mineralogy research,combined on-site process,via preferential flotation process,ultimately obtained sulfide copper with grade of 21. 19%,recovery rate of 45. 62%,copper oxide with grade of 21. 20%,recovery rate of 20. 81%,increased copper minerals recovery,decreased copper tailings emission,have great significance on copper ore technology development and ecological environment protection.
