铁矿石可选性综合评价P指数模型

P Index Model of Comprehensive Evaluation of Iron Ore Washability

针对目前铁矿石可选性研究存在的问题,以齐大山选矿厂为试验基地进行矿石可选性新模型的研究,提出了铁矿石可选性综合评价P指数模型的概念,并对其含义、模型建立、用途等方面进行了研究,将其应用于鞍千采场的采矿、配矿和齐大山选矿厂的选矿生产等方面,在节能降耗、经济生产等方面均取得了一定的成果。

Due to problems of comprehensive evaluation of iron ore washability,a new model of ore separation was developed based on Qidashan Mineral Processing Plant,and P index model concept of comprehensive evaluation of iron ore washability was put forward. The model were studied from aspects of meaning,model building and application. It is applied in mining process,ore-blending and concentrating production of Qidashan Mineral Processing Plant,and achieved good results in energy conservation,and economic production.
