摘要
针对安徽某铜矿铜硫分离时部分硫矿物难以抑制,混浮时少量硫难以上浮,造成铜精矿品位不高及硫回收率偏低的问题,对混合精矿采用活性碳进行脱药,脱药后再加入石灰抑硫浮铜,采用铜硫混浮再分离、分离尾矿和混中矿再磨再分离流程,获得了总铜精矿铜品位为18.07%、总铜回收率为88.61%,硫精矿硫品位为38.95%、硫回收率为80.01%的满意指标。
According to the problems of difficult to restrain sulfur minerals in the separation of cop- per and sulfur for a copper ore in Anhui, sulfur difficult to float when bulk flotation, results in low grade of copper concentrate and low sulfur recovery, activated carbon was used to remove reagents on mixed concentrate, then adding lime to restrain sulfur and float copper after taking off the drugs. By process of copper and sulfur bulk flotation and separation, separation tailing and mixed middling grinding, and total copper concentrate containing 18.07% Cu was obtained with copper recovery of 88.61%, and sulfur concentrate contains 38.95% S with sulfur recovery of 80.01%.
