山东某硫铁矿降铅锌试验

摘要 山东某硫铁矿为降低炼铁原料硫铁矿中的铅、锌含量,采用先抑铅、再抑硫选锌的流程对炼铁原料硫铁矿进行了炉前降铅、锌提纯工艺试验,使硫、铅、锌得到了较好的分离,硫铁矿中的铅、锌含量均降至0.1%以下,得到了合格的炼铁原料;同时使铅、锌、铜等有价金属得到了有效富集,为硫铁矿资源的合理利用提供了新的途径。 In order to reduce content of lead and zinc in ironmaking raw material pyrite in a pyrite ore from Shandong, lead decrease before furnace and zinc purification process test was conducted on iron- making raw material pyrite ore obtained from process of lead suppression, then sulfur suppression-zinc flotation, good separation of lead, zinc, sulphur was obtained, lead and zinc content in pyrite all reduced below O. 1 percentage points, qualified ironmaking raw material was obtained; At the same time, valuable metals such as lead, zinc, copper has been effectively enrichment, provides a new way for rational use of pyrite resources.
