摘要
马钢桃冲矿为解决破碎产品粒度较粗、磨矿效果较差、过磨欠磨以及分级效率低等问题,采用美卓C110型颚式破碎机代替原有PEF1 200 mm×900 mm颚式破碎机,直线振动筛代替螺旋分级机与磨机组合使用,最终破碎产品粒度由原来的16 mm降至12 mm,磨矿分级效率提高了34.72个百分点,磨矿能力显著提升,过磨与欠磨得到了一定程度的控制,精矿铁品位提高了1.72个百分点,铁回收率提高了1.17个百分点,取得了较为显著的效果。
To solve problems of much coarser of product granularity,grinding effect is poorer,less grinding and over grinding,low classification efficiency,with metso C110 type jaw crusher to replace original PEF1 200 mm × 900 mm jaw crusher,linear vibrating screen instead of spiral classifier and unit with mill,finally broken product granularity decreased from 16 mm to 12 mm,grinding classification efficiency increased by 34. 72 percentage points,grinding capacity significantly increased,less grinding and over grinding got control in a certain degree,iron concentrate grade is increased by 1. 72 percentage points,iron recovery increased by 1. 17 percentage points,significant results have been achieved.
