摘要
比较不同干燥方法对中药制剂流浸膏干燥后所得干浸膏的影响。分别采用真空干燥、微波干燥和喷雾干燥对复方蓝银颗粒、复方芪薏胶囊和消炎去脂片的流浸膏进行干燥制的干浸膏,以性状、浸膏得率、指标成分含量为评价指标,考察不同干燥方法对中药制剂稠膏干燥后质量的影响。喷雾干燥所得干浸膏颜色最淡,微波干燥次之,真空干燥干浸膏颜色最深;微波干燥与真空干燥收率较高,喷雾干燥收率普遍较低;以组方中指标成分含量为指标,喷雾干燥所得干浸膏指标成分含量明显高于其他两种干燥方法。不同干燥方法对干浸膏的性状、得率、指标成分含量均有影响,实际工艺研究中必须进行干燥方法的筛选。
To compare effects of different drying methods on the preparation quality of traditional Chinese medicine extract—the dried extract after drying thick paste,vacuum drying,microwave drying,and spray drying were used for Fufang lanyin particles,Fufang qiyi capsules and Xiaoyan quzhi tablets liquid extract drying. We take the characters of dry extract,extraction rate and the content of index components as the evaluating indexes. Those indexs were used to examine the effect of different drying methods on the quality of dried extract. The color of dry extract by spray drying is the most light while microwave drying is the second. The color of dry extract by vacuum drying is deepest. The contents of microwave drying and vacuum drying were higher than those of spray drying. The contents of index component(chlorogenic acid,phillyrin,astragalos,baicalin and jasminoidin) were the highest using spray drying,and the contents of index component were lower using vacuum drying and microwave drying. The effects of different drying methods on the quality of traditional Chinese medicine—thick paste after drying is obvious. The method is simple,fast and accurate and it can be used to compare the effects of different drying methods on the preparation quality of traditional Chinese medicine extract—the dried extract after drying thick paste. The selection of drying methods must be conducted in the process technology research.
