摘要
贝类作为无脊椎动物,体内不存在特异性免疫细胞和相应的抗体,但是贝类可以通过一些异于脊椎动物的独特免疫机制来抵抗外界病原体的侵入同时能够进行异己物质的识别。文章综述了贝类免疫体系中细胞免疫、体液免疫及化学递质等方面的新进展。贝类免疫机制的研究不仅有利于提高其自身的抗病能力,也对高等动物免疫机制的研究具有重要的理论和实际意义。
As invertebrates, there are no specific immune cells and antibody in shellfish, but there is unique immune mechanism different from vertebrates to resist external pathogen invasion and to identify alien material. This paper reviews the cell immunity, humoral immunity and new developments of chemical neurotransmitter of shellfish immune mechanism. Research of shellfish immune mechanism is not only beneficial to improving the disease resistance, but also there is an important theoretical and practical signifi- cance in the study of higher animal immune mechanism.
