文章综述了环糊精及其衍生物在药物生物分析中的应用,旨在为国内的分析工作者提供借鉴。通过参考近期的文献,作者描述了功能化的环糊精在含量测定、生物成像以及药物筛选中的应用,强调了基于环糊精的荧光分析有灵敏度高和选择性好的优点;还列举了它的衍生物充当色谱固定相对药物中的对映异构体杂质实现有效分离和定量的实例,表明了环糊精有手性识别的特性;并展望了其发展趋势和应用前景。
Fluorophores are essential components of probe-based biomolecule detection, an approach widely employed in a variety of areas including environmental analysis, disease diagnostics, pharmaceutical screening, and biological studies. This review is aimed at to providing an overview of recent advances using functional cyclodextrins such as quantum dots, rare earth doped complexes or grafted macromolecules for analyzing bioactive compounds. Author also states that the application of cyclodextrins in quantification and bioimaging is of great significance, and points out that the cyelodextrin-based fluorescent assay shows the remarkable advantages such as high sensitivity and good selectivity. Owing to their unique molecular structure and peculiar supramolecular chemistry property, eyelodextrins and their modifiers are widely used as selectors of chiral stationary phases for liquid chromatography. Many commercially available CD-derived stationary phases have been successfully applied to resolve enantiomers. It is desirable that this review is helpful to domestic analysts in the biopharmaeeutieal field.
