摘要
当前一些受限于自身课程开发能力的幼儿园,更倾向于引进由市场开发的新课程作为园本课程开发的资源,并在引进与实施中极力达到生成新的园本课程。但从现实情况来看,幼儿园在引进与实施由市场开发的新课程中出现了课程理念偏差、课程评估工作欠缺、课程实施被动化、课程管理与建设不足、家长参与度不够的问题,从而违背了园本课程开发的初衷。树立正确的课程理念,科学评估新课程与本园的资源条件,积极进行园本教研与培训活动,并发挥家长群体的参与效用,是当前幼儿园引进与实施市场开发的新课程的必由之路。
Currently,some kindergartens that lack the ability of developing new curriculum incline to introduce the curriculum devised by the market as their kindergarten-based curriculum resources,and try to create new ones on the basis of introduction and practice.But in real practice,problems,including concept deviation,deficient evaluation,passive teaching,insufficient management and participation of patriarch,lead to the violation of the original intention of developing kindergarten-based curriculum.To change the present situation,it is necessary for the kindergartens to develop aproper curriculum idea,scientifically evaluate the resources of the new course and kindergarten actively carry out research and training activities in the kindergarten,and exert the utility of parents' participation.
