民办幼儿园区域活动开展中存在的问题及对策——以福州市民办幼儿园G园为例

Problems and Countermeasures in the Implementation of Regional Activity in Private Kindergartens——Taking a Private Kindergarten G in Fuzhou as an Example

民办幼儿园是我国学前教育事业的重要组成部分,关注其教育质量,对于提高我国幼儿园保教质量有着重要作用。通过对福州市民办幼儿园G园的调查发现,其在区域活动开展方面存在以下问题:第一,过分注重区域活动的教学、学习功能,忽视区域活动的游戏功能;第二,教师缺乏正确的区域活动指导策略;第三,幼儿园区域活动空间狭小。针对以上问题并结合民办幼儿园开展区域活动存在的困惑,提出如下策略:第一,注重民办幼儿园教师职后培训和继续教育;第二,高校帮扶指导民办幼儿园推动区域游戏活动的发展;第三,因地制宜推动民办幼儿园区域活动的开展。

Private kindergarten is an essential part of the preschool education system in China.Concerning about the teaching quality of it is of great importance to the development of the preschool education cause home.According to a survey,the paper finds that in the implementation of regional activity in private kindergarten are problems including 1）overemphasis on the teaching and learning function of regional activity;2）teachers＇ lack of strategies in the direction of regional activity;and 3）the narrow space for students regional activity.Countermeasures are proposed accordingly as follows.First,attention should be attached to the post-job training and continuing education for the teachers in private kindergarten.Secondly,the development of regional activity in private kindergarten should be promoted with the help of colleges and universities.Thirdly,regional activity in private kindergarten should be pushed forward in accordance with the specific situation.
