In the development of regional economic, balanced development and unbalanced development coexist , which sustalnably promote regional development. Balanced development has become an inevitable requirement and objective of regional development. The disparity of regional development in Guangxi is very obviously. From the perspective of the balanced development theory, innovative development path is one of best choices to promote Guangxi ethnic minority areas development.
