摘要 针对一类多态性作业车间,提出车间低熵化布局评价指标,利用成组技术和分层思想构建单元外部连续布局和单元内部多行布局的低熵车间布局模型.针对多约束、多变量和非线性的特点,以物料搬运成本、设备成本、非物流附加成本、车间面积利用率、平均在制品数量和柔性为模型多目标函数,借助元胞自动机的拓扑结构和邻居机制,设计一种基于精英初始解策略和自适应交叉、变异算子的遗传元胞算法进行求解.通过典型企业作业车间布局改造实例分析,验证模型和算法的可行性与有效性. Aiming at the a type of polymorphism job shop layout for low entropy,the mechanism and solutions of low-entropy application be carried out.The layout of modeling for low entropy shop is developed divided into two parts,which includes a model between cells and in cells based on group technology and layered thought.For the characters of multi-constraints,multi-variable and nonlinear of layout models,considering of the material handling cost,equipment cost,additional cost of area utilization ratio,WIP and the flexibility as multi objective function,the paper submitted a kind of cellular automata and genetic algorithm with the help of topological structure of cellular automata and neighbor mechanism.The typical case is used to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the model for the polymorphism job shop.
