摘要
不切实际的制度规约,使边远乡村教师的生存与发展陷入困境。教育行政部门应从刚性的管理思维转向服务型管理思维,尊重乡村学校专业自主,落实乡村教育扶贫,才能突破边远乡村教师生存困境,留住乡村教师,发展乡村教育。
Unrealistic system specification has made the remote rural teachers' survival and professional development in a dilemma .The administrative department of education not only should turn "mandatory management thinking " to "service thinking" and respect the professional autonomy of rural schools, but also enhance educational compensation in rural schools in order to shake off poverty. Only in these ways ,rural teachers will be leaded out from the predicament,more rural teachers will keep for developing rural education.
