Unrealistic system specification has made the remote rural teachers＇ survival and professional development in a dilemma .The administrative department of education not only should turn ＂mandatory management thinking ＂ to ＂service thinking＂ and respect the professional autonomy of rural schools, but also enhance educational compensation in rural schools in order to shake off poverty. Only in these ways ,rural teachers will be leaded out from the predicament,more rural teachers will keep for developing rural education.
