底泥得克隆污染在斑马鱼胚胎上的积累效应 被引量:5

摘要 得克隆(Dechlorane plus,DP)是一种典型的多氯代阻燃剂,在大气、水、土壤和生物中都有检出,但是有关其在生物体中可积累性的研究仍十分匮乏.本实验以斑马鱼胚胎为模式生物,研究了吸附于底泥中的得克隆在斑马鱼体中的积累效应.结果表明:染毒底泥中斑马鱼胚胎的孵化率与空白样品均>90%,无显著性差异.目标化合物在底泥中染毒均匀,斑马鱼胚胎在染毒底泥中暴露192h,得到的相应生物/底泥累积因子(BSAF)值,与DP高残留区所测值相当,但染毒水平对BSAF值的影响明显.斑马鱼体内DP的f_(anti)值低于底泥,说明DP异构体在斑马鱼胚胎/幼鱼体内发生选择性积累或代谢. Dechlorane plus(DP)is one of typical chlorinated flame retardants,which can be detected in many environmental media such as atmosphere,water,and soil,as well as biological samples.However,the researches about the bioavailability of DP are relatively scarce.In the present manuscript,the bioaccumulation capacity of sediment-bounded DP into zebrafish embryo was studied.The results include:The hatchabilities of zebrafish embryos in the blank and spiked sediment were comparable and both higher than 90%.zebrafish embryos in infected 192 h exposure in the sediment,the results of their biota/sediment(BSAF)in zebrafish embryos we studied were comparable to those reported in high DP-polluted areas. However,the bioaccumulation capacities of DP were significantly influenced by the contaminant levels.Moreover,the varies of fanti between sediment and zebrafish suggested that the bioaccumulation and/or metabolism of DP in zebrafish embryos/juveniles were isomeric selective.
