利用DFIG无功能力的分散式风电并网有功最大控制策略研究 被引量:18

摘要 分散式风电高渗透并网运行中节点过电压问题非常突出,影响到风电的高效消纳甚至并网安全。该文首先从风电出力的波动和配电网负荷的变化两个因素出发,分析风电分散接入配电网后过电压机理。然后,充分利用双馈型风电机组自身的无功能力,在满足风电场可连续运行的约束下,提出尽可能消纳风电功率的并网有功最大的本地控制策略。在电力仿真软件DIgSILEN进行了不同条件下算例的大量测试,结果表明风电并网有功最大控制策略可以实现风机安全并网,并且最大可能避免风电场弃风限电。该控制策略在某风电场分散式并入10k V地方电网的示范性工程上通过了现场试验与一年的运行检验。 The overvoltage problem can be very prominent in the condition of distributed wind power integrated into network with high permeation, which affects the efficiency of wind power consumption and the safety during integration.In this paper, firstly, the overvoltage mechanism of wind power distributedly integrated into network was analyzed considering the fluctuation of wind power output and the changing distribution network load. Then, the maximum active power of wind power integration control strategy was proposed to consume wind power as much as possible under the constraints of wind farms continuous operation, which make full use of reactive power ability of doubly fed induction generator (DFIG). Established simulation system model in DIgSILENT software, under different conditions, a large number of tests on maximum active power of wind power integration control strategy had been simulated. The results show that the control strategy can realize the safety of wind power integration and avoid wind curtailment. At present, the strategy has been used in Huaneng Langergou wind farm connected to Yulin 10kV grid for more than one year.
