摘要
具有NASCION结构的单斜晶型磷酸钒锂具有热稳定性好、可逆容量高、能量密度大等优点,是做为锂离子电池良好的正极材料。但是磷酸钒锂的低电导率和锂离子扩散系数限制了其应用。本文对磷酸钒锂的研究现状进行总结,对其改性原理进行分析,并对磷酸钒锂作为锂离子电池正极材料的研究前景进行了展望。
The single crystal lithium vanadium phosphate has NASCION structure, which has thermal stability, high reversible capacity and energy density, is a good cathode material for lithium ion batteries. However, its application was limited by the low conductivity and lithium ion diffusion coefficient of lithium vanadium phosphate. This paper introduced the research status of lithium vanadium phosphate, the adjustment principle and lithium vanadium phosphate as cathode material of lithium ion battery.
